train from Pennsylvania Station or
take the PATH in
Manhattan, transfer in Secaucus, NJ or Hoboken, NJ and get off at
Tuxedo Junction train station 1 hour later.Or take the
17A bus. Or
drive on the NY Thruway. Out of state clients may stay out here, in the
(fashionable) sticks and take the train in to NYC.

We
are right across the street from the train station at 233
Route 17, Tuxedo Park, NY.
We are located above the Sushi bar and the Chinese restaurant or
Bentley's (good
sandwiches for $6 or $7), all in our building. Our first month here we
had clients from Brooklyn (by train), Westchester (by auto-just over
the Tappan Zee Bridge), New Jersey
(by auto-take Rt 87 North to Exit 15A, Tuxedo, Suffern), South America
(by plane via Newark Airport and rental car).
Technically, you could get here via the Appalacian trail. Hikers on the
Appalacian trail sometimes use our bathroom, eat Sushi and then take
the train in to NYC. Many New Yorkers take bus charters to Woodbury
Commons anyway, so spending money there could be a two hour diversion
while we treat your child. No, we will not treat your child for an
extra hour while you shop :)
